Born in Charleston, SC, but raised in the Bay Area. Coming from a Filipino and Cajun background. I’ve spent 15+ years mastering the art of barbecue. What started as a backyard passion—fueled by BBQ Pitmaster reruns, YouTube, and plenty of trial and error—turned into a full-time career. In 2021, I launched TFTI BBQ on social media, just sharing my love for great barbecue.
