Chef Logan Sandoval is a classically trained BBQ expert with a diverse culinary background that spans some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the United States. Early in his career, Chef Sandoval honed his skills in Michelin-star kitchens, where he learned the art of precision and fine dining. His career took him all across the country, where he worked at some of the most diverse and reputable hotels, gaining invaluable experience and exposure to a variety of culinary traditions. 

Transitioning into the world of BBQ, Chef Sandoval quickly became known for his mastery of slow-cooked meats, wood-fired grills, and bold, pan-Asian flavors. His BBQ expertise has been showcased on TV shows like BBQ Showdown, BBQ Brawl, and many others, where his talent and creativity captured the spotlight. In 2021, his BBQ pop-up was named one of the “Best New Restaurants in California,” and solidifying his reputation as a standout not just in the BBQ world but in the culinary world as well.
